Made from 20 sheets of acid-free card stock within hard covers sealed with polyurethane.
5 illustrated panels, each in 4 nested accordion-folded layers.
Original ink drawings, paper handcut with x-acto knife. Signed and dated.
Includes two sleek display stands for front-facing and in-the-round.

"Remember Me" was created during my month-long art residency in Sofia, Bulgaria. Some days I visited the museums and sketched portraits, other days I visited the cemetery and sketched statues. In this book I depict five young women from these sketches, layered with tulips in front of the National Library and wrought iron fences along Shipka Street on the walk between my apartment and studio.

This form is called a carousel book because it can be positioned in the round, or display open standing upright, face up on a table. Closes fully to store away in your library.
